At Edgewood & Ivy, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received. Items should also include any original packaging when applicable.
To request a return, please contact us before sending your item back. Returns sent without first contacting us may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the item and packaging when possible.
If we confirm that the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect when received.
Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund after it has been issued.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

- Gift cards
- Items marked final sale
- Items that have been used, worn, damaged after delivery, or returned outside the 30-day return period
Product-Specific Guarantees
Certain Edgewood & Ivy products may include an extended 45-day, 60-day, or 90-day money-back guarantee. When an extended guarantee is specifically stated on a product page, the terms shown on that product page will apply to that purchase.
